The appointment process was very efficient. I checked in and was called almost immediately to go back for my lab work. The nursing staff were very friendly and the technician who did the bloodwork was attentive to my needle phobia. Waiting time to see Dr. Shimkus was less than 10 minutes

Actually it was Gary. He was treated well and always has been. Feel like the nurses really care and have a sense of humor. Really like Dr. Shimkus as well.

Dr. Shimkus and his team at Lone Star Oncology are top shelf. Appointments are usually on time and blood results are received quickly. His team is very professional and friendly. I live in north austin but drive to the Georgetown clinic because of Shimkus and his staff.
